香港IQOS加熱煙店: 市面上有很多聲稱 IQOS 專用的強力清潔劑，能高效去除積碳，沒有腐蝕性等等，但大部分都沒有標明化學成分。舉例說，當普通的清水遇上生鐵，也算是腐蝕性，因為化學作用的產生使它生銹。對於 IQOS 3 Multi 的透明膠支架，強力清潔劑其實很大可能會把它溶掉、變脆或引致龜裂。除此之外，強力清潔劑也有可能對硅膠圈造成有腐蝕性的傷害，除非 IQOS原廠公開了他們硅膠圈的成分，和可安全適用的強力清潔劑，否則貿然使用市面的清潔液清潔IQOS，隨時得不償失。

那我們應該如何清潔IQOS?

其實IQOS的日常護理非常簡單，最理想的做法是抽煙前放一張「吸油紙」墊住。吸油紙能有效地防止煙油滲透，從而增加煙機壽命，而且不會影響煙的口感。每抽完一包煙後，即可以使用「IQOS官方專用清潔棉棒」清潔。普通棉棒不但不能有效清潔煙油，而且添加了水或清潔液的棉棒更有機會使發熱片生銹或氧化，甚至對零件造成有腐蝕性的傷害。

當看到加熱片內部出現很多的黑色汚漬積藏著，影響煙彈進氣的時候，那就要作深層清潔了，但要記得使用「IQOS 清潔防斷片套裝」來承托著加熱片，才可插入清潔工具，免得把加熱片弄斷。

根據維修經驗和數據來看，70% 以上的斷片都是來自清潔時不小心把加熱片弄斷的。很多人都誤判了自己會很小心，結果導致悲劇出現。

IQOS 清潔防斷片套裝內有兩片膠墊片，一大一小，大的是用在 IQOS 3 或 IQOS 2.4 Plus 上的，小的則用在 IQOS 3 Multi 上。

在清潔之前，首先把保護膠墊插進煙艙內，檢查保護膠墊有沒有牢固地墊著加熱片，否則用力抹擦加熱片時，亦會把加熱片弄斷。此時可利用IQOS清潔套裝內的金屬刮子，兩面皆有不同弧度，我們可以順著方向斜著剷走頑固的汚漬，由於陶瓷加熱片表面有層保護釉，所以不太建議經常用太鋒利的金屬工具去磨刮陶瓷表面，只要每周深層清潔一下就可以了。
